For household There’s a site where you can buy cheap food stuff. It is either close to sell by date or past it but still edible. Remember it’s not the use by date. Can help especially if you have little ones and need things like crisps, jam etc.

For business I’d search online and through gov.uk to see if there is any specific help for the my business area. You can sometimes find free/reduced places you can sell your products online and then don’t forget to check instagram some people may promote your products for free. That’s invaluable advertising! Also you might want to give products for free so people can test and review? I’m not sure whether you’re offering a product or service but you may find the same applies whatever.
