Hmmm... Maybe the person who can see where they need to be?  Do you need the start of the year? No but its a good time to plan. So... What do you want to achieve this year? What would make you look back in 1 year, 2 or even 3 and make you feel accomplished?  And then what's that thing you've always wanted but simply couldn't see how you'd achieve it?

Now... look at it like a child.  See it as achievable.  Forget the barriers -they are meant to be climbed! Think about what YOU need to do to make it possible.  Really what do you need to do? Who do you need?

Now...What habits do you need to create to make it something that simply CANNOT fall off your radar?

And yes. Maybe you need to be somewhere where there is no interruptions to do this.  Well?  What are you waiting for? Go there!  Ooh do not forget a pen and paper.

Once you've made a note of what you plan to achieve, how you plan to achieve it, who you'll need (if you do) and when and have added in the habits you're going to create to make it most likely... And make sure this is written down. Create a  Vision Board. It'll have the images of the things you'd like to achieve but you already have the note of how etc ;) Now put it somewhere where you'll see it every day and make sure you do see it every day. Life can take over and you can forget to focus on the things that will make your dreams possible.

Now do me a favour and use the comment box to let me know if you tried this last year and how it went?  Also let us all know what you did to make it work for you or what you'll do this time around.
