Blue Ski Thinking...

So come on. Let's just admit it that sometimes we do exactly that.  But its so out of fashion. Apparently terms like blue sky thinking, thinking outside the box and the like are no longer in.  They pain others to even hear them.  Are there any terms that are in use to describe this now?  Well I haven't found any.  Apparently plain speaking is key.  But weren't those terms great to describe what you really wanted? To get imaginations growing and understanding what you meant and more. Look ,I'm sorry but I'm still "steering the ship". Come one. How do you describe getting your whole giant organisation to turn to your tune. Oops.  And there goes another... But you know what I mean don't you? What phrases do you use?
