The Online Women's Development Network has been running since 2012. We've been helping women from all backgrounds to help each other to achieve often challenging goals. Often the goals that require individual change; things like faith in ourselves and in others. The guts to know that our path is the right one even if it is significantly different from those around us. Giving each other the confidence to step out and be a leader and reminding each other that being a leader means that you are probably doing, thinking and operating in a way most do not because not everyone is a leader. Most are happy to follow and that's fine.

It's the thing that took the site off its original platform for a bit and kept it quietly helping others via social media. That story will be shared in future posts but for now, I'd like to welcome you back. I'd like to let you know that now the site is set up in a way where, even if life takes over, the rest of the team will keep it going so we all continue to thrive and then give back to each other as we progress.
You'll soon find many opportunities on here to connect via events as well as various opportunities to learn; some free and some not. Either way, all aimed at your development. We'll also be adding our shop. Or should I say your shop? Well it belongs to anyone who's a member. You'll be able to have your items added for sale. As well as your items, we'll add other specially selected items that we think may be of interest to you so you don't miss out.
More than anything else we will be adding tools that will allow you to network with like-minded individuals in a safe space. You'll be able to confidently share your inner most dreams and find the support to realise them in one place. That's right here. Welcome!!
